All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our custom and ready-to-ship units, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or returns are permitted. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before completing a purchase. If you have questions, you are encouraged to contact us prior to placing your order. Virtual wig consultations are available; please refer to the description on our main page for details. 2. Exchanges (Only If an Error Occurs on Our End) Exchanges are only offered in the event of a proven mistake made by Winsome Braids. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met: - The item must be unused and in its original condition. - You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. - Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a tracked shipping method must be used. - Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue the appropriate exchange. - No exchanges will be processed if these conditions are not met. 3. Processing & Shipping Times Ready-to-Ship Units Processing: 1–3 business days. Delivery: 2–3 business days. Custom Units Turnaround time: 4–5 weeks (excluding weekends). Processing time may vary depending on order volume and demand. All custom wigs are handcrafted in the order they are received. Delivery after shipment: 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You are responsible for ensuring that both your email and shipping address are correct at checkout. 4. Shipping, Delivery & Liability By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the following: Winsome Braids is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable reshipping fees. Once a package shows as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. 5.
