At Winsome Braids, all sales are final due to the nature of our custom and ready-to-ship units. Please review product details carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. We also offer virtual wig consultations — view the description on the main page for more info.

If a mistake occurs on our end, we’ll make it right with an exchange under these conditions:

  • Item must be returned unused and in its original condition.
  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (use a tracked service).

Once the item is inspected and approved, we’ll process your exchange.
