Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final — so we kindly encourage every customer to carefully read all product details and be sure of their selection before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, we’re unable to make changes, cancellations, or issue refunds.
In the rare event that a mistake occurs on our end, we’ll gladly make it right with a product exchange under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- You’ll need to reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking, as we are not liable for any lost or delayed return packages.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange if all conditions are met.
