Return/Exchange Policy
We have a no refund / exchange policy. We advise every customer to be sure of purchasing and read everything carefully before purchasing. Once order is placed, no changes can be made. However, in the event of a mistake on our behalf, we offer exchanges of product only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in original condition. Exchanges must be made within 72 hours. Return shipping cost is paid for by the customer. We suggest the customer to send with a courier that provides delivery confirmation since we’re not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the product and inspect it before an exchange can be made. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions stated are not met.
