Ready to Ship units are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 1-3 business days once shipped. Please note: we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or for any lost or stolen packages after tracking information has been provided.

Custom Wig Orders:

Custom units have a 3-4 week turnaround time, which may vary depending on order volume and demand. All custom wigs are handcrafted in the order they are received. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
